• By making an online booking, you agree to receive booking confirmations and service-related communications via email, SMS, or phone.

Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the booking confirmation.
• Visitors must present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) at the entrance. A Government-issued Photo ID may be required.
• Entry is valid only for the booked date, time, and selected facility.
• Visitors must follow all NamoGCP rules, maintain cleanliness, and comply with instructions issued by park staff.
• Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, vandalism, and any disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
• Professional photography, videography, DSLR shoots, and commercial shoots require prior approval and applicable charges.
• NamoGCP reserves the right to modify operating hours, restrict access, or refuse entry to anyone violating park rules without refund.
• NamoGCP is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries caused by negligence, or disruptions due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• NamoGCP entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled, except if the Park cancels the booking.
• If the NamoGCP is closed due to operational reasons, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances, visitors may receive a full refund or an alternative booking date.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows, change of plans, partial use of services, or violations of NamoGCP rules.

• NamoGCP reserves the right to modify prices, operating hours, and these policies without prior notice.
• NamoGCP may suspend or cancel bookings due to maintenance, safety, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• By making an online booking, you agree to abide by the NamoGCP rules and policies.
• Any disputes arising from online bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
